With a total work experience 20+ years, Sameer has more than 15+ years of experience in the IT/ITES space.

Before starting SAMITRI-IQ in 2026, Sameer worked as a Associate Director - Reseach & Adviosry, ICT domain at MarketsAndMarket Pvt Ltd from 2014-2025.

Sameer worked as a Consultant serving the Business Technology Professionals at Forrester Research. He came to Forrester through its acquisition of Springboard Research. At Forrester, Sameer was engaged in managing research projects and communicated directly with clients, internal resources (i.e., sales, research), and third party vendors to address queries and manage expectations to create high quality project deliverables. In this role, he has single-handedly driven projects that included deliverables in the shape of data modeling, trend analysis, market-sizing, end-user requirements, competitive profiling, etc. At Springboard he handled multiple projects such as hardware specific tracker focusing the South-East Asia market, healthcare trends in Asia-Pacific (including telemedicine) etc. to name a few.

Prior to joining Springboard, he was with WNS Global Services where he worked as a Senior Analyst. The role saw him working on different verticals across the industry including technology, life-sciences and finance for collating important industry movement like mergers and acquisitions and also track various management movements across the globe. He was also involved in analyzing market trends to provide insights to clients pertaining the technology sector.

Sameer has done Masters in Business Administration in International Business and Finance from Amity Business School, Noida (U.P.) and his graduation from Delhi University.
